We have partnered with The Lactation Network to bill insurance directly for those families with PPO plans under Anthem, Cigna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield or MultiPlan. Pre-authorization is required using this LINK to submit your information.

For all other insurance plans, we provide a “super bill” receipt with required codes to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement under the Affordable Care Act. Please contact your insurance company for questions on your plan coverage.
