Insurance & Lactation Support
We have partnered with The Lactation Network to bill insurance directly for those families with several PPO plans under Aetna, MultiPlan and United Healthcare (PPO and HMO, in person visits only). Pre-authorization is required using this LINK to submit your information.
For all other insurance plans, we provide a “super bill” receipt with required codes to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement under the Affordable Care Act. Please contact your insurance company for questions on your plan coverage.
